INTERNSHIP: In close consultation with a faculty member in the department, students may arrange for credit for a supervised work situation that relates to their major course of study. It is expected that in addition to the work experience itself, this course will include both regular discussion of a set of readings chosen by the faculty member and written assignments that allow the students to reflect critically on their work experiences. Internship credit will be approved by the chairperson of the department on a case-by-case basis. May be repeated.
