ANTISEMITISM Analyzes hatred of Jews from the Greco-Roman era until today. Topics includ anti-Judaism in Christianity and Islam; pseudoscientific racial Jew-hatred and the invention of antisemitism, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion; Nazi antisemitic ideology; Holocaust denial; antisemitism on today’s political right and left; and the relationship between anti-Zionism and antisemitism. Prerequisite(s): 1 History course; or permission of the instructor [C, HSS]
