GREK 20200 - Seminar in Greek Literature IICourse Credit: 1 (ARCH, CLST, CMLT) SEMINAR IN GREEK LITERATURE II (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL II) Intensive readings in and critical study of significant Greek texts. Course may be arranged around a particular author, genre, period, or topic. Readings will change from year to year. Offerings may include Homer and the Epic Tradition; Greek Historians: Herodotus and Thucydides; Greek Lyric Poetry; The Dialogues of Plato; Greek Tragedy: Sophocles and Euripides; The Greek New Testament; The Greek Novel; and The Biography in Greek.
