WORKSHOP: PODCASTING Scholars are increasingly moving beyond books and articles to reach a public interested in history. Many have turned to podcasting. This class will provide students with the opportunity to develop their own podcasts and podcasting skills in a workshop setting. We will work through all the stages of the production process from developing an idea to posting. We will also listen to a variety of podcasts to get ideas for our own. This course may be a good place for you to develop a new project or perhaps to showcase your Independent Study research (in history or another discipline).
