PHED 11401 - Walking for Fitness, 2nd HalfCourse Credit: 0.25 WALKING FOR FITNESS, 2ND HALF The focus of this course is for students to develop and achieve individual endurance goals while cultivating a life-long love of walking for fitness. It is desired that as the result of a successful one-half semester, students will be more likely to continue to participate in activities to provide a personal satisfaction, health, and fitness while at The College of Wooster and beyond.
