PSCI 14000 - Introduction to Comparative Politics

This course introduces students to the basic concepts, tools, and theories of comparative politics. The main focus is on the emergence and development of major types of political systems and political institutions. Different political systems and institutions are systematically compared and analyzed in terms of how they respond to developmental tasks at different stages in the historical process. Annually.
