ORGANIZATION OF THE FIRM Study of the internal structure of the firm, examining the incentives of the firm’s various constituencies (owners, managers, suppliers, employees). Particular emphasis is placed on the separation of ownership and control in the public corporation. This course is also offered as BUEC-35500 and students may not earn credit more than once.
