ARTS 15500 - Introduction to Printmaking

The course is organized around a schedule of technical demonstrations, studio work, critiques, and discussions of artists’ works. Although intaglio techniques are emphasized in the course, students are also acquainted with monotype, relief and non-toxic printmaking media, including photo-etching. Six hours of weekly class time.
